Commission are paid out the Friday after install is complete. To be considered a "complete" install, all work on the project needs to be done. Panels going up does not mean the work is done. "Completed" jobs have panels installed and electrical work (MPUs, tie ins, etc) done. Upcoming commissions can be tracked in Captivate IQ.

If the homeowner needs a copy of their design plans, they can request them from their assigned project coordinator.
It is the sales rep's responsibility to call out in Enerflo any project that is in an HOA to make sure Kin Home is able to wait until the homeowner receives approval from their HOA before installing their system.
